The Pharaoh’s daughter Fatima’s betrothed Prince has been kidnapped by a band of feral gypsies. She must now marry the evil old court physician, Tut Tut. Younger sister, Charisma, aided and abetted by the nomadic guide Ramases, set out to release the alcoholic Genie... Bundy.
 
Well what else would you call a great spirit in a bottle? Their search leads them to the camel dealer, Harrison Fraud, they enlist the aid of audience members to help in a mummy wrapping competition...   among other things.

Wink at the Sphinx has been successfully performed by around 100 companies in Australia, from Karratha in WA to Leongatha in Vic and many, many places in between!

Plot / Synopsis

 

The Pharaoh’s daughter Fatima’s betrothed Prince has been kidnapped by a band of feral gypsies.
 
Fatima must now marry the evil old court physician, Tut Tut. Younger sister, Charisma can not marry until Fatima is married… So, aided and abetted by the nomadic guide Ramases they all  set out to release the alcoholic Genie... Bundy. Well what else would you call a great spirit in a bottle? To help them.
